Villa Les Palmiers is a striking, new, spacious and contemporary villa situated in Cap Malheureux, a 2 minutes drive away from the famous red roofed church and a 15 minutes drive to Grand Baie, the heart of the NORTH.
The house is part of 3 houses within a secured and gated area - Les Palmiers is located in 3rd row from the beach. It is designed for your comfort and relaxation both inside and out; with lovely interior and exterior dining and living areas.
The ground floor is comprised of an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen along with an en-suite bedroom and walk-out to your private garden. A separate TV-room will give your "hubby" enough privacy to watch the beloved sport channels whereas the ladies can enjoy the pool life with a cocktail.
On the first floor you'll find 3 more bedrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and air-conditioned .
The pool area (not fenced) is large and allows everyone to find a little corner to enjoy privacy or just get your cocktail mixed, find your spot in the big pool (pool size 8mx4m) and chat the afternoon away with your family and friends. The beautiful, large garden offers tranquility and privacy.
It's a short walk to the beach through a private and closed path - around 120m. The beach has a spectacular view with Coin de Mire just in front of you and a short walk to the red roofed church in Cap Malheureux.
