Description of objectPortion of cottage in a four completely independent,500 meters from the beach and 1 km from the railway station of Villa Claudia 50 minutes from the center of Rome. The house is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower, kitchen, large veranda, double garden with fruit trees and parking. Construction 70s just whitewashed. The furniture is simply and functioning. Lido delle Sirene is a very quiet place at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house is at 400 meters from all the services and 4 kms from the center of Anzio town.

Town: Italy, south coast, AnzioAnzio is a nice seaside town (55.000 people) closed to Nettuno (55.000 people) at 50 kms from Rome, famous for the British and American landship during 2nd world war (there are British and American cemeteries) and for Neronian Roman Emperator who born in Anzio and here built is big imperial villa. It has museums, archeological park, golf club, airplanes club, horses club, cinemas (about monuments see www.tuttoanzio.it). It has a fishermens caratheristic port, and touristic port where you can take ferry boat that in 30 minutes take you to Ponza, one of the most beautiful small island of Mediterranean sea, scuba and snorkeling\'s paradise. During July and August Anzio is a crowded tourist town full of entertainment in everywhere, you can practice surf, windsurf, kitesurf, canoa, sail, snorkeling, beach volley, mini soccer, you can have horses tour on the beach. There are acquatic park ant 15 kms and entertainment park at 30 kms. During the rest of the year is a quite place to relax, swimming and taking the sun from May to October. Even in winter season the weather is sunny and temperature rarely goes under 10 degrees.
