Description of objectNice Apartment lie in a corner of south Umbria, Marvelously located, between Rome and Perugia ( 1 h.)Perfect place for a young family or a group of friends or a couple that want to spend a romantic weekend. This new fully furnished apartment is on the ground floor, and has two bedrooms, one with double bed, other one with a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, perfect to accommodate 3 people, but also has a sofabed in the open space living room. Living room with table,sofa,tv,internet, kitchen fully equiped, and bathroom with shower. outside the apartments you can relax in the garden and you can also use the small private pool created with attention to details to pamper our guests. The area is very quiet and calm and as we said before very close to railway and motorway to reach Rome, one hour from airport ( Ciampino-fiumicino or Perugia). Surround the flat a beautiful wineyard where you can walk, just 2 minutes from the house. Location of objectThe neighborhood is made by is aplenty farmers of local area.My mum and my little brothers lives upstairs, sharing only the main entrance.
