Description of objectThe King Coconut Lodge was newly built in 2014 and is situated on a large plot 2.000m2 surrounded by beautiful scenery of Sri Lanka. The plot is located in the spacious built-up site Habaraduwa, away from the noisy coast road and the railway line but still within walking distance to the sandy beach. Here you can relax, unwind and admire the variety of wildlife in a large garden. A private swimming pool with Jacuzzi provides refreshment on hot days. The villa consists of 4 apartments: 2 apartments each at 30m2, one apartment at 50m2 and one suite at 70m2. The Lodge can be rented as a whole for up to 8 adults and 6 children (extra bed) (for example, chummy families or Ayurvedic tour groups) or the 4 apartments can be rented individually each (see separate ad). The indicated price refers to the entire rental of the Lodge with all 4 apartments. The Lodge furthermore contains an open kitchen with dining area and a chef who is available for you for getting to know the Sinhalese cuisine. All rooms has been equipped with air conditioning and with very big beds, which are specially designed for European size. On request mosquito nets are available. Much focus was placed on large and spacious rooms with a fantastic wooden roof instead of the typically used harmful asbestos plates so that you can experience a feeling of luxury on holiday. Each of the guest rooms has a private bathroom and a private terrace on which you can retire to relax. Seeking the company of other guests you can either relax by the pool or in the fantastic garden area or meet in the large tiled courtyard and talk about the exciting adventures of the day.
Location of objectThe KING COCONUT LODGE is situated in the small, widely cultivated resort Habaraduwa on the south coast of Sri Lanka. Surrounded by coconut trees, at the Lodge you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. 10 min away you will encounter picturesque sandy beaches at the coast line of the Indian Ocean. At the same time you can walk to one of the largest domestic lakes of Sri Lanka, the Koggala Lake, and enjoy a boat trip. The Lodge is an ideal starting point for trips to national parks Uda Walawe and Yale with the rich wildlife. The famous Sinharaja rainforest is around the corner; as well as the popular bay of Unawatuna and the historically dominated provincial capital Galle. The highlands around Ella, from where you have beautiful panoramic views, can be reached in about 3-4 hours.

Here you can stroll through the ancient Portuguese fortress, taste various restaurants and bars or spend time on extensive shopping tours in the City.
