Description of objectA lovely apartment newly refurbished for rent in the heart of Cagliari, located inside the medieval fortress of “Castello”. Just steps away from the Cathedral and the Viceroy Palace and other places of artistic and historical interest. (Boyl Palace, San Remy’s Bastion, the Pisan Towers, Santa Croce’s Church, Jewish Ghetto, the little town of Museums , the Roman Amphitheatre, the Sant’Eulallia’s Escavations ecc.).
The apartment is 5 minutes by the harbour and the railway station and 15 minutes by the airport. Also, well connected by public transports, few minutes away from Poetto beach and within easy walking distance of many other amenities such as craftsman workshops, typical restaurants and nightclubs with live shows and a stunning view on the sea.
The apartment is ideally located for holiday rentals or business trips and it consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa-bed ,a mezzanine with a double bed, a big kitchen and two bathrooms both with a shower unit. In the apartment will be available sheets , towel, hairdryer ,iron and iron board, , tv, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, pans, and cutlery.

Location of objectIn the Castello district,Cagliari\\\\\\\'s historic \\\\\\\'old town\\\\\\\', the Romans and, later, Pisans, built defenses. You can linger at the various archaeological sites along the route, or visit the Cittadella dei Musei (the former royal arsenal). It houses several museums, including the Museo Nazionale Archaeologico. This museum has an extensive collection of Sardinian artifacts from the Nuraghic era to the Byzantine, ornaments from the Punic Phoenician Age, and impressive Roman glass works and mosaics. Also in the Cittadella dei Musei is the Pinacoteca, an art gallery which displays medieval and Baroque religious paintings. Or, visit the Duomo (Cattedrale di Santa Maria). Constructed by the Pisans during the second half of the 13th century, this massive Romanic cathedral was dedicated to the Virgin Mary and St. Cecilia and modeled after the one in Pisa. It contains art by Pisan masters. The pulpits on either side of the main door, carved in 1162, are by Gugliemo, and the four wrestling lions at the base of the altarpiece are by Pisano.
