Description of objectBuilt in the early 1930’s in the traditional architectural style of Mount Pelion, the villa was completely renovated in the ‘90s and is used as a vacation house by its owners Panos and Ira. The house is located in a beautiful 1200 sq.m. garden full of flowers, olive trees and fruit trees and offers plenty of space for children to play and enjoy nature.
The villa has 3 floors decorated in classic country style and is equipped with all necessary amenities (fully equipped kitchen, central heating, fireplace, washing machine, TV, CD player etc). The ground floor includes a living room with fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large veranda with a spectacular view to the mountainside and the Aegean Sea and a large table ideal for eating out and relaxing in the summer. Two bedrooms and a small sitting area are located on the first floor and two more bedrooms, a large sitting area with TV and a bathroom with shower are located on the second floor.
Location of objectKalamaki is situated close to many famous Pelion destinations like Milies, Vyzitsa and Tsagkarada villages and is only a short drive away from beautiful beaches on the Aegean Sea and on Pagasitikos Bay. Because of its geographical location, the villa is the perfect starting point for those who want to explore the amazing and diverse landscapes of Mount Pelion.

There is a beach just 2 km away and the surrounding area is ideal for walks in the forest. In the village square our guests can find a nice traditional taverna and a small café.
