We rent, preferably for families, holiday house in Aprica in Valtellina. It is 300 meters far from the ski slopes and mountain trails.
The house is located on the first floor (no elevator) and consists of entrance hall, kitchen, large living room with fireplace, balcony, bathroom with tub / shower, bedroom, kids room with a bunk bed and a third bed.
The house has a private parking and covered.
The rent does not include:
- Heating costs, which will be calculated at the end of the week by counting cubic meters actually consumed and measured by the meter
- Cleaning costs 60 ¤ per stay
Rent includes the cost of water and light.
We don\\\'t provide bedding and bath towels.
We require a deposit which will be returned after inspection at the end of your stay.
Check-in at 3:00pm / check-out at 11:00am
