Description of objectThe house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A beautiful winter garden with a fantastic view invites you to relax. Everything is very large and bright. Bed linen, towels are included.Location of objectLa Marina is small town on the Costa Blanca between Guadamar del Segura and Santa Pola. The site consists partly of old villas, as well as houses with max. 5 floors can be found here. Small bodegas and restaurants as well as manysmall shops await your visit. The kilometer-long white natural beach is bordered by dunes and pine forest. In the high season you can rent here parasols and refresh yourself with a cool drink at one of the small beach bodegas. La Marina is not only suitable for pure beach holiday. From here many destinations can be visited. The neighboring town of Guardamar with its large park and marina or Santa Pola with its castle and the port invite you to visit. The cottages and apartments are located in almost every one of La Marina urbanization about 3 kilometers away. In the urbanization there are bodegas, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, swimming pools, tennis courts and many small shops. Even a small clinic and a pharmacy are available To reach the beach from here, it is best used the bus (only in high season) or to a car from one of the rental company rents. These offer mostly on a free transfer airport. Within a radius of 500m there are all what is needed to live, 2 supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, a small German supermarket, banks, small outdoor pool. Shuttle bus to the beach 300m away. Further afield there are Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona and Masymas Supermarkets Weekly markets within the urbanization. Gas station, go-kart track, zoo and Palmengarten in the vicinity. The house is 28 km from Alicante airport. There is no aircraft noise. Airport transfers can be provided at cost of ¤ 30 per trip. Town: Spain, Costa Blanca, urb. La MarinaThis beautiful home is located in the Urb. La Marina, the kilometer-long white sandy beach is only about 5 minutes. From the airport it takes approximately 25 minutes by car to destination. The pick-up is available on request. A rental car can be placed directly. The next largest cities such as Guardamar and Elche are just 20 minutes away.
