Description of objectThis exclusive villa is equipped with modern facilities and offers all the comfort you need for your vacation. It consists of 2 apartments that are rented separately. The pool is heated (April to October) and the pool terrace is partly covered.The large Mediterranean garden is exclusively for guests of the two apartments available, offering plenty of refuges. Washer, dryer and ironing facilities are available. Beach towels, bed linen, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are included. Possibly Renting a large garage possible. For the winter months underfloor heating and air conditioning are available. Apartment 1 (sleeps 6 people) with 110qm² has: 3 bedrooms, large living and dining areas, 2 bathrooms, modern fitted kitchen with all mod cons, satellite TV, Internet, DVD, air conditioning, underfloor heating and a large sun terrace ca.80qm² large. Prices: Dec-Mar 100 ¤ / day, April, May, November ¤ 140 / day, June October ¤ 180 / day The final cleaning fee of ¤ 100 must be paid on the spot. W-lan possible charge 10 ¤ / week Baby travel bed with good mattress ¤ 10 / week Highchair ¤ 10 / week Extra bed 20 ¤ / day Heating supplement from December to March ¤ 50 per week. Deposit 300 ¤ Special rates for last minute bookings possible, as in long-term holiday from 6 weeks. IMPORTANT: Non smoking, no pets, unfortunately, possible !!!
