Description of objectThis New Holiday Villa is a lovely family vacation home.This fully air-conditioned and very luxurious, located in a very safe area , and also located only 10 minutes drive to beach, and it is only available for long term rent or stay , and very recommended for people who are interested in calmness and long term stays.
This large detached holiday villa (200SQ Meters) is situated in Agadir at the area of Tilila , which is only 10 munites drive to the beach close to all amenities is ideal accommodation for families or groups and represents luxurious living with good security. It has 4 salons (lounges) extremely large kitchen in basement , barb-b-que, children\'s playroom with a T.V, with bathroom, and secure parking, within the property.
Ground Floor there are 4 Lounges , and in the first floor 3 specious bedrooms, each with a double bed, ample cupboards, wardrobes, and storage space. The bedrooms are sunny bedroom , and separate T.V, and satellite system. Bathrooms are available in the ground floor , and also first floor upstairs. The whole villa is very decorated and tastefully . T.V are available , with English and other different T.Vs . There is also a quiet large terrace within the villa , and it is very sunny morining and afternoon with private garden, garage door and security camera system to the front door.
. The villa is situated 10 Minutes drive to Agadir\'s beautiful 6 Kilometer long sandy beach. Furnished tastefully throughout and is the last word in luxury living.
