Description of objectThis amazing house of 550 M ² overlooks the beach of the Navy beach with its marina a few hundred meters from the house with a panoramic views on the Gulf of Thailand. Your boat will pick you up at the foot of your luxury villa.The house is equipped with a private infinity pool, a green garden, a terrace of 600M² facing the sea with sun loungers for sunbathing. On the top floor, the house has a roof top of a magnificent huge 250M² terrace with alounge for an aperitif, a bar for party, a terrace for sunbathing with a fully equipped kitchen: barbecue, bar, dining lunch, fridge, bbq. The house is split over two floors, with 7 bedrooms including 4 magnificent suites, the house is contemporary design with large windows and a massage room. The large living room has a beautiful open kitchen all equipped with luxurious furniture consisting in a block of marble to cook nicely in a friendly atmosphere overlooking the sitting area with two large leather sofas, a perfect dining table for 15 people. At the end of the room, a pool table and a TV area with flat screen offering the international satellite package. The first 3 bedrooms, with 1 suite of 40M² are located on ground floor overlooking the garden or the beach, the other 4 rooms including 3 suites of 40M² are in the first stages leading to the terrace. All are provides with a double king size bed, air conditioning, a flat screen and international channels with private bathrooms and spacious Italian showers glasses. The house is secured with six cameras around, an alarm and a secure removable electric gate overlooking the sea. We have in front of house a parking of 2 place inside. Jomtien Beach is one of the most popular Pattaya is less than 5 km from our house. Near the port of Marina, very charming and traditional, this place is equip with numerous restaurants, shops and activities that will delight your holiday. Within 10 minutes, we also find a Golf: the Phoenix Club and Pattaya is less than 15 minutes. The amount included 100 units of electricity per day, wifi, free water restriction, two maids every day available 24/24h 7/7d on site. This home offers direct beach access and a private terrace above the beach.
