Description of objectBeautiful 400 m² house of thai influence on located in Jomtien beach, facing the sea with a beautiful view and a private and direct beach access.Sleeps 12 with 6 luxurious rooms overlooking a terrace / balcony. Our villa is located in South Pattaya, 1km from Jomtien Beach, close to many tourist entertainment and 5 minutes from downtown by car. You can bring your boat in front of the house and visit the many islands around Pattaya, close to one of the most famous Port: Koh Larn or Coral Island. This home has direct beach access and a private terrace above the beach. The house has 6 bedrooms: - Two of the rooms are in a cottage next to the house facing the private pool and garden for one and the garden, the pool and the sea to the other. All are equipped with two large shower rooms with private toilet and small interior room. - Four other rooms are in the main house: One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor with a large patio and a king size bed. This room is slightly off-center and overlooks a small garden so do not enjoy the sea view, however, it is very comfortable with a suite bathrooms and plenty of quiet. The second, third and fourth suites give their private terraces loungers or sofas to enjoy the sun with a fantastic ocean view.
