Description of objectA lovely family holiday house with a swimming pool, \'Villa Maslinica\', is located on a higher part of the settlement, far away from the noise of crowded tourist destinations, making it ideal for leisure and rest.The villa is fully equipped and has been renovated recently (2014). It is suitable for families with children and groups of up to 7 people. All rooms are double and located on the first floor, which is air conditioned. Common bathrooms with shower cabins are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. The living room with cable TV and Wi-Fi is located on the ground floor. Children and grown-ups will be thrilled by the space near the pool, where they can play table tennis and electric darts, all while listening to the music from the Hi-Fi system. The guests can also enjoy the garden, the large terrace and the open swimming pool (regular water, not heated). To enjoy food in the shade of the terrace, you can use the fenced barbecue and external mini kitchen with a fridge.
