Description of objectThe domain of the villa is walled and only accessible by the entry gate with intercom. From the Villa the view is spectacular. From the terrace you can gaze down at the sea and the lake of La Vinuela. The city of Malaga is 55 kilometers away, only a one hour long drive.If you’d take the shortest route to the beach you would pass the city of Torre del Mar. This is located at a distance of 30 km. The magnificent lake of La Vinuela is even less then 15min away. All luxury is included! 3 bedrooms available, a large living room along with a large dining table. 2 bathrooms and a very stretched out terrace for breakfast with an unforgettable view. Room for 6 persons and a child’s crib/bed are at your full disposal. Watching the television by satellite dish and free Wi-Fi are among the possibilities. Airco cooling and heating are present in all rooms. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, and the wood is provided at no extra costs. Enjoy the refreshing and beautiful swimming pool of 5 by 9 meters with an outdoor shower. Perfect for cooling down on hot summer days. Don’t like swimming? It is located about 60 km from Malaga and 30 km from the coastal city of Torre del Mar. The village is surrounded by a dramatic mountain scenery and has a new urbanization zone built with free-standing modern villas. The nearest town is Periana, which is a 2,5 km drive from Mondrón on the road to the Riogordo. On the mountain sides and the fields around Mondrón you will find olive groves, citrus plantations and date orchards.
