Description of objectWe have a gorgeous small apartment for short rent, with a sight on the little Harbour downtown La Maddalena OT (Sardinia IT). It has been recently renovated into new, at the second floor in a historic small building, furnished, ideal for 2 people but can lodge up to 4. It lies at a walking-wide distance from the ferry-boat boarding point and very close to the center village with shops and so on. Beaches are close on the Island or on other nearby islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena where You can enjoy a swim in the Crystal clear water. Prices depend on the season requested and are cheaper in the low - medium season. Further info by writing to Mario.
You can come on this beautiful Island by plane to Olbia airport, then to Palau (on the northern coast of Sardinia) by bus, and from Palau to La Maddalena by ferry boat. To stay in La Maddalena only, you don\'t need a car.
Location of objectThe apartment in on rent on a weekly basis, the rent fee includes all cost but the final cleaning for which we ask 20 euros. A tax of 150 euros will be charged as a deposit, and will be refunded at the check out if no damage is made. The cost of the renting vary depending of the season and is cheaper in the low - medium season.
