Description of objectThis beatiful stone villa consists of 3 houses which are settled on spacious ground of 3000 m2. Villa accommodates a total of 20 persons.House 1 (198 m2) It is suitable for 8 persons – on the ground floor you will find living/dinning room with open fireplace, kitchen with table for 8 and bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with it’s own bathroom with shower/wc. On the top floor are two twin bedrooms. In the front of the house is a large terrace and among other facilities there is also a satellite TV. House 2 (156 m2) There is a living/dinning room with open fireplace, kitchen and one twin bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with it’s own bathrooms. This house has a nice terrace. House 3 (56 m2) Accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with living/dinning room on the ground floor. There is a terrace in front of this house as well. During the stay you can enjoy swimming pool (4×10 m) and houses have BBQ area and parking space for more than 5 cars. Location of objectBARBAN - a picturesque medieval village acropolis in Istria, in the southern part of eastern Istria, 218 inhabitants, located above the Rasa river valley, on the road Pula - Labin - Rijeka, 27 km from Pula and 18 km from the Istrian Motorway.The center of the Municipality of Barban, which has access to the Rasa Bay, covers an area of 100 km2 and has a population of 2715. Besides Barban, in the beautiful greenery of Barban are located some 73 villages and hamlets. Barban toponym is from the ancient existance, it\'s a sectional placename, and gets its name from the Roman family Parpanus. But the archaeological evidence of ancient settlement weren\'t founded.
