Description of objectA lovely,unspoilt and secluded hamlet surrounded by olive groves and oak forests. The farmhouse, where the owners live, has three self catering flats:
\\\'L\\\'Acetaia\\\' on two floors. Ground floor:livingroom/double sofabed,kitchen, washing machine, small bathroom w/shower, basin & WC; 1st floor double room with view through arched window, bathroom w/shower, 2 basins, WC & bidet. 35 sqmt terraced garden w/bbq and hammoc.
\\\'La Vista\\\' on the 1st floor: large livingroom with table, plus two single sofabeds plus doublebedroom with lovely view and bathroom with shower, basin and WC and roof-terrace

Location of objectThe area has maintained its original charm and the property is set on a hill with lovely characteristic Tuscan views. The 1/2 mile rough road drive is private and runs through an oak forest with fallow and roe deer, buzzards woodpeckers and all sorts of birdwatchers favourites..!
The property is close to restaurants, supermarkets and all the main roads leading to all the places of interest (10mins). These can not be heard. There aren\'t any electric pilons or other which may spoil the views.
Town: Italy, Colli Fiorentini, Scandicci (Firenze)At the bottom of the hill there is a very practical tram which starts from the Scandicci terminal(Villa Costanza) and it takes around 20 mins to reach Florence(Piazza Stazione/S.Maria Novella). There is 1 tram every 4 mins. On your way back from Florence you can stop at the Coop(\\\'Viale Nenni/Torregalli\\\' stop) and do your shopping (ticket costs ¤1,20 and lasts 90mins) all with one ticket !
