Description of objectOur stone house is ideal for a relaxing holiday with the family. Surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean plants (lavender, olives, figs ..) is an ideal place for lovers of peace and joy in protected and untouched nature. The house is situated in a peaceful and quiet environment, surrounded by greenery. From the courtyard overlooking the Učka - the highest mountain in Istria. The house is 50 meters from the main road. Parking is available in a natural shade.On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The living room opens onto a large courtyard, tranquility and privacy. You can on the covered terrace, take a dip in the pool or sunbathe on the deck chairs. The garden is located and barbecue, and for children there are swings and goals for football. Just 2 km from the city center with all amenities. The nearest beach is 5 km away - Plomin (a small fishing village, where there are no crowds). The beach is pebbly beach, and the beach you can freshen up in a small \\\'beach bar\\\'. The larger Rabac is 15 km away. In Rabac you can enjoy the many sights, sunbathing on the beautiful beaches (beach marked with the \\\'Blue Flag\\\'), swimming in the crystal clear sea.
