Description of objectDalmatian stone house located in a pristine natural environment, on top of a peaceful village near Trogir. The house is surrounded by ancient olive trees, the distance from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters is only 2.5 km, just 15 minutes away from the magical Trogir.House is a perfect blend of old and new, secluded within a stone wall that surrounds the property, which insures your privacy. Within a stone wall enclosed courtyards, are the main house, a small stone cottage with a fireplace, a pool with outdoor shower, covered terrace with large table and a place for parking. The house offers all the advantages of traditional Dalmatian style, where the stone walls and windows are screened by wooden shutters which protect against extreme heat in summer and keep warm on cold winter nights. In the summer you can find a relaxing shaded spot on the covered terrace surrounded by the scent of lavender, rosemary and sage. The ground floor is dominated by a large living room, which connects with the kitchen. Each of the three rooms have its own bathroom. Rooms on the first floor are with double king size bed, and every room and has a bed for children (length 170 cm). Room on the ground floor has twin beds. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. At your service are TV, DVD, CD, Internet, radio, satellite, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, top-quality cookware, cutlery, cups, plates and everything else you need to a pleasant stay. Baby cot and extra bed are also available if needed. Minimum stay in July and August is 7 days. Prices are in Euros per day. In season C and D, Saturday is the day for the dismissal of guests and a minimum stay of one week. The service includes the cost of bed linen, towels, weekly cleaning and change of bed linen. Tourist tax is included in the price. Deposit for eventual damages of 300¤ is required and will be returned at the end of your holiday.
