There is everything you need at this location and its perfect for enjoying its surrounding area facilities. We are right in the middle of all the best Sarasota has to offer. Why stay on one beach when staying with us means you can reach several in just a few minutes. Upgraded, clean, PET and SMOKE free. They have an automatic garage door, so you can drive into and out of the villa without getting out of your car for comfort and safety! There are two large bedrooms, the master having a spacious King bed, remote TV, walk in dressing room/wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and built in robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened tile floor Lanai / sun room with patio table and chairs ideal so you can sit outside and look out over the landscaped gardens. The living room has new furniture and floor coverings, also the high vaulted ceilings and 1350sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. There is a Large flat screen Cable TV and DVD player, also an IPOD dock. Central atrium for natural light in the living area\'s. Free hi speed WIFI internet and free local calls, answer machine. Fully air conditioned. In total there are 3 eating areas and the kitchen is top quality with all the appliances needed to give you the choice of making this your home from home. The villas are set in quiet cul de sacs, and have just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the pool or tennis courts and other activities on site. The large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sundecks are top quality. The clubhouse is great for meeting new people or just sitting in the library, and enjoying the peace and quiet. New** If we have space, we can offer a 2 night stay at our DISNEY townhomes for just an extra $235 inc! before, during, or after your Sarasota stay.
