Description of objectThis lumnous and welcoming apartment, refurbished in February 2012, is elegantly furnished and has everything needed to be comfortable in your holiday. It is 60 sqm, made of two rooms and a large bathroom. The kitchen corner has a dishwasher and is in general well equipped. There is a cozy dining table and a sofa corner with tv. The charming terrace in front is furnished for your meals and perfect for relaxing in front of the view. The sunsets are marvellous! The large sleeping room has a romantic canopy bed, a double wardrobe and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is also wheel-chair accessible. The lovely 5000 sqm garden is all at your disposal and so is the charming BBQ and our little pool with it's sun loungers.Our property is located inside the natural reserve of Martignano and Bracciano lakes in the extremely beautiful countryside just 30 km North of Rome. The area has an no ending number of interesting places to visit. You will find plenty of info in the apartment. The apartment is part of a big villa with a charming garden of 5000mq with a small shared pool and a lovely BBQ area. It is 60mq divided in two rooms; A luminous living room with a well equipped kitchen corner and a sleeping sofa, a spacy sleeping room with a large en-suite bathroom and a lovely terrace with a magnificent view of the lovely green farmland. The apartment has possibility to have an extra double bedroom and an other bath room with tub. Location of objectJust half an hour by train North of Rome, the property is located inside the natural reserve of Bracciano and Martignano lakes. It is perfect for relaxing after a day in Rome or at the lake side.Town: Italy, Lake Bracciano, Campagnano di RomaThe Lazio regionLazio is the region of Rome and has an enormous amount of historical sites worth visiting. It has also a very green and beautiful country side all year around. In the summer the lakes are nice for vacations of all types and for all ages. They are only a few minutes away by car or 20 to 30 minutes if you prefer to walk depending on wich lake you choose. The seaside is about 30 min. by car. Our property is perfect for visiting Rome by day and relax in this nice and peaceful rural area during the nights. Bracciano Campagnano di Roma has an important market of antiques once a month. It is a small village surrounded by green hills. The lakes are only five min. distant and in summer it is lovely going swimming or sunbathing there and renting sailing boats is possible.There are a number of typical Italian restaurants within this very tourist friendly area. Places like Sutri with it's facinating amphitheatre and the famous Odescalchi Castle in Bracciano are only a short distance away. The little charming town of Campagnano can offer you all you need for your food shopping. If you want to go to a really big shopping centre you will find Porta di Roma just 20 min away. Going to Rome is easy with the train or even by car. There are also several golf clubs near by.
