Big room ( 13 m2 ), furnished with a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, shoe rack, and a sofa ( extra bed ) comfortable, TV set, exterior window with double glazing, FOR RENT, preferably to a girl student for residence or in passing through, in a family house, ground floor, consisting of 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area/living room, shared toilet with another girl, and a patio with another living area, situated in very quiet location on Moscavide (Rua Gonçalo Braga).
For a minimum stay of 3 days, in a period of transition/visit, or in a residential situation. Is located near the centre of Moscavide, 500m from the Metro station (red line), and from the train station, and near the Lidl supermarket and the municipal market, very close to the Expo area and Lisbon airport. The room includes the full use of the communal areas of the house, with fully equipped kitchen, free internet/Wi-Fi -50Mbps, phone free , for fixed national numbers and to some areas abroad, and has been completely remodelled.
Possibility to accommodate 2 people.
Monthly fee: 235 € + (+ -25 €) general expenses reimbursement) - 1 person, or 350 €-2 persons + co-participation in the overheads.
Sporadic occupancy (minimum of 3 days), 20€/ day – 1 person, 30€/ day - 2 person ( completely equipped )
