The house is situated in a beautiful area, about 1 km from the harbor promenade Anzios and the train station to Rome is a 10 minutes walk away.The house is well maintained and comfortable, furnished and equipped in Italian Still. On the ground floor is the living room with access to a small terrace with swimming pool and sea views and a rustic, a bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room is equipped with satellite TV (German, English and some Russian channels). A covered parking space is located on the ground outside the house. on the pool level there is a own kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor has 3 spacious bedrooms with double bed and a 2 bathrooms with shower. The swimming pool is open from June to mid-October. The location of this home allows you to spend the whole day in swimsuit and give you a real vacation feeling.
