The next shopping areas are located at 4.5 km distance,a shopping mall with supermarket and many other shops. To the beach there are 8 km,reachable by car in 10 minutes. Several Restaurants (trattorie) in the surrounding area give you the opportunity to taste the Ligurian cuisine. The property has its own parking,is surrounded by a total of 10 ha large possession with forest,vines and olive groves. Around the building you have meadows and olive trees.
