ELECTRICITY Electricity exceeded RM300 for a full month rental, the excess will be on tenant cost (deduct from security deposit). Tenant less than a month will be calculated on pro-rated basis. HOUSE KEEPING Housekeeping & linen changing is complimentary once per 2 week. Additional cleaning & changing of linen can be arranged with additional cost. BROADBAND Strictly for internet surfing, emailing & FB-ing but not movie streaming or downloading. CANCELLATION POLICY For cancellation or no show, the deposit will be non-refundable. A penalty charge RM600 will be applied to a shortened stay at late notice (less than 14 days prior to arrival) PAYMENT Payment can be made through: 1. PayPal 2.
