Description of objectThe Selinsek House is placed in a very peaceful and nature-like environment. It is embraced with the forest all around and has a good size property to enjoy outdoors every day. While hanging in a hammock and breathe a fresh air, the birds are making a nice concert for you. It is a very remote and by far not touristic place. The most suitable is for people who like the nature, hiking, view on the mountains, fishing by the riverside, cycling and all other things that man can do outside. One of them are also picnics, barbecuing, sleeping outside beneath the star-sky or simply collecting a bouquet of flowers from the fields.
The house is small and has around 30 m². It has three rooms: kitchen, bathroom with a toilet and a living room. In the kitchen and living room, there are comfortable couches that can be extended into the beds. The house is fully equipped, but without internet access, which actually does not belong into this kind of holiday offer. In case necessary, there is free Wi-Fi at owner’s home place, only 2 km away. Catering, food and bicycles are all available on order and with extra charge. The house has many external facilities like garden, barbecue, terrace, swing bench, wooden summerhouse, hammock, car parking etc. There are numerable sport facilities nearby: fishing, horse riding, volleyball, climbing, hunting, golf, cycling, skiing, swimming, tennis, snowboarding (only in the winter time), hiking, mountain biking. For some of them you have to drive to the nearest city Ptuj (14 km away).
Location of objectThe house is located in the hilly region Haloze, which has many vineyards around. It is quite remote and you can reach the nearest bus stop called Ptujska Gora by bicycle or on food (half an hour from the house). If the owner is available, he can take you to the bus stop by car.

When you arrive in Slovenia it is the best option to rent a car. If you can not come by car, then the bus goes approximately every hour from the city Ptuj (your bus stop is Ptujska Gora). From there onward you have to arrange a meeting with the owner.

In 2010 celebrated its 600th anniversary. The oldest city of Slovenia, Ptuj, is only 14 km away by car. It is known for its rich roman and medieval heritage, ten-day-long carnival in the spring and a Thermal Spa. Slovenia is a very small country so it is practically everything easily and quickly accessible by car.
