Description of objectThe Roccaglia is an independent apartment in an old Tuscan farmhouse completely renovated.Sqm: 83. First floor: double bedroom (bed 170x200 cm), 2nd bedroom (140x200 cm). Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher). Laundry and storage room. Two bathrooms with showers make the apartment comfortable and functional. Large reserved covered patio of 30 sqm. Heating if required to consumption. Free Wi-Fi. Casale Refoli property has only 5 apartments comfortably equipped and decorated. The floors are hand made terracotta tiles, ceilings with wooden beams and traditional oak wood craft kitchens with marble shelves with all the furnishings. The mattresses, which are also made by hand, they are very comfortable (bed 200x170 cm, single-190x80 200x90 cm). The closets of the bedrooms are old and restored by skilled craftsmen, some dining tables are fine and recently restored.
