Description of objectA perfect summerhouse if you appreciate comfort, space, free views, clean sea, a lot of things for children to do and with beds for many guests.Total living area is 130 square metres. Modern design, with all conveniences: Kitchen with induction stove, circotherm oven and microwave. Dishwasher. Shower, WC. Washingmachine with drying cupboard. TV, DVD and VCR. Main house is well-furnished and with a fireplace. Two bedrooms with double-beds and two rooms with bunk beds. The house is westbound with sunset at the wooden patio. There are also two small cottages for guests, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. A new sauna with shower is situated close to the shore. Huge jetty with terrace, with sun from early morning to late evening. Depth at jetty is 2.5 meters. Sandy seashore for playing and bathing. Small boat with motor, kayak and canadian canoe are included in rent. It's optional to rent a bigger, fast-going boat from the Marina nearby. We recommend that for excursions etc. in the archipelago. For the children there is a wendy house as well as slide, swing and a big trampoline. Boule course and several other outdoor games. The total estate area is 5 000 square metres. Transport takes 45 minutes with car from Stockholm, including five minutes trip with own boat. There is also a regular ferry, during summer season three times daily from the island to Stockholm City, as well as taxi-boat-service. Closest restaurant is a five minute boat-trip away. Location of objectOur estate us situated at island Seglarö - five minute boat-trip from the mainland.Closest town for shopping is Åkersberga, 15 minutes away with car. Shopping can also be done in town Waxholm.You can go there and back, daily, with the regular ferry. Trip takes 50 minutes. Stockholm city centre is 45 minutes away with car. Regular ferry to Stockholm. During summer three times daily in 1h45min. Town: Sweden, Archipelago, ÅkersbergaÅkersberga is closest town. 8 km away. All convenient shopping exists.
