Description of objectVilla Miranda is situated on an exceptional location along the seaside and is known for its elegant Mediterranean architectural style. A harmonious garden, full of stones and Mediterranean plants, as well as evergreen shrubs contributes the beauty of the house. There is lavender with its light violet flowers forming a line of aromatic clusters and a 40 year old palm tree which gives the garden a tropical atmosphere. Another advantage of the villa is its sandy beach with lush vegetation.
You can access directly to the residence with your vehicle. There is a barbecue in the garden for common use and a basement at only 2m distance from the beach (where you can leave summer and sea equipment such as boat engine, rubber boat, your air-mattresses etc.).

Town: Croatia, island, RabThe island Rab is the most southern island in the North Adriatic Sea. It stretches over 91,000 km2 of land and is located under the Velebit mountain range, at the foot of the Kamenjak hill which protects it from the cold Bora dashes but also gives the wrong impression of the island. Although Hvar bears the title of the sunniest Croatian island, Rab can boast an extremely pleasant Mediterranean climate and with up to 2,600 sunny hours per year occupies the second place on the list of Croatia’s sunniest islands. In the midst of rich Mediterranean vegetation you can enjoy the song of crickets and the pleasant fragrance of immortell and other low-growing plants, while numerous forests, full of ever green trees, mean that, even in the winter season, the island is not completely bare. Rab is surrounded by various smaller islands and cliffs. Its capital is the antique town of Rab but there are other towns located on the island. It was once a Roman settlement, called Arba, a name derived from the Ilyrian word arb, meaning green or forested. Seen from the air, Rab has the shape of an old sailing boat with its four bell towers resembling a foremast. The town is the home of many cultural and historical monuments, which – along with the beautiful nature – are the island’s main tourist attractions. The clean and clear sea spilling over Rab’s shores makes the whole island suitable for swimming and all of the towns have breathtaking beaches which will satisfy any taste.
