Description of objectPattaya Smurf House is located in the very heart of Pattaya city on a green hill named Pratumnak, just 800 meters away from a lovely quiet beach and 2 km away from the bustling night life of Walking Street.Noble and picturesque, Pattaya Smurf House will set your new standard for a lavish leisure in Pattaya. Despite the fact that Thailand is one of the safest vacation destinations in the World, our villa's security will put you at ease: electric fence atop high perimeter walls, multi-camera CCTV system, alarm buttons, and a patrolling security guard at night. Stepping into this gorgeous 2-floor building, a modern and tastefully decorated with Oriental touch, through the main entrance - a door in a garage, you come to the villa's open style living area, facing maximum comfort and home feeling. The 1st floor consists of a garage, lounge, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Big wooden spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a nice wrap-around balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The garden and pool area are very private and secluded. The freeform swimming pool with adjoining Jacuzzi, surrounded by a lush tropical garden and cozy outdoor terrace - a perfect place for an early morning English breakfast! Location of objectConveniently located on Pratumnak Hill, 800 meters away from the beach and 2 kilometers away from Walking Street, which is so important for a truly comfortable stay in Pattaya city. Only a short walking distance away from a variety of international and Thai food restaurants, convenient stores, a fresh seafood and fruits market (it's just around the corner!), renowned spas and night life entertainment venues.Relaxing atmosphere, walking distance facilities, greenery and fresh air - all these factors make Pratumnak Hill extremely popular and desirable location for staying. Location, style and entertainment features, this villa is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations in Pattaya. It is more than you could dream of! Town: Thailand, Chon Buri, PattayaBedroomsThere are 4 bedrooms across 2 floors of the house. All of them feature king size beds and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs' master bedroom has a massive king size wooden bed, a very big mirror wardrobe all along the wall and en-suite bathroom with a huge Jacuzzi bathtub. Following spiral wooden staircase tastefully decorated with forged handrails, come to the 2nd floor and find yourself in a landing area with two sofas and a coffee table. There are 3 other bedrooms. Immediately on the right hand is a big bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet, a 32-inch TV with a DVD-player/sound system. The 3rd bedroom features a king size bed, a 42-inch flat screen TV, wooden drawers and a direct access to the wrap-around balcony with a beautiful view over the garden and swimming pool. And the 4th bedroom is the smallest one among all four. It is very quiet, has a king size bed, wooden bedside tables. Our most recent renovation to the villa beyond words and pictures, is laying absolutely beautiful teak hardwood floors all around 2 floor. Bathrooms/toilets There are totally 5 bathrooms in the villa, 4 of which are en-suite. Some bathrooms are nicely decorated with soft color beige tiles, and have a distinctive Mediterranean feeling, while others are tiled with classic white tiles with inclusions of clean decorative lines, giving a fresh airy feeling. Washbasins are enclosed into granite counter tops and have European style white cabinets underneath. All 4 en-suite bathrooms have shower cabins separated with glass doors and separators. Master bedroom's en-suite has its own distinctive feature: a massive Jacuzzi bathtub (along with a shower cabin). The guest toilet has only a toilet and a sink, and is behind the dining /living room area on the first floor. Dining room Opening the door leading from the garage you come directly to a dining room area that has open space design and extends left and right to the kitchen and the living room. There is a massive rectangular glass dining table in the middle with six chairs (the table can seat up to 8 people comfortably). You can also choose an outdoors terrace to enjoy your meal in a beautiful tropical garden: the terrace has its own wooden table and chairs. Kitchen The kitchen is immediately on the left from the main entrance. It is spacious and you can move around freely when preparing foods. Classic furniture: wooden kitchen cabinets are complimented by black granite worktops and the walls are decorated with brick pattern tiles giving a very cozy home feeling. Equipped with many modern electrical appliances: a big size fridge, oven, a smooth electric radiant cooktop (4 elements) with an extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, rice cooker, toaster, orange juice maker, electric kettle, etc. And here is sure fully fitted with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Living room Spacious and bright open style living room has floor to ceiling glass doors leading directly to the swimming pool and garden. You can also use these doors as an alternative entrance to the villa, as there is another door in the garden leading to the street. Brown leather sofa around the room, a light brown carpet and a big rectangular granite top coffee table between the sofa. This room is a main gathering spot of the house and features all kinds of entertainment facilities: a big 42-inch flat-screen TV with multiple international news, sports, music and movie channels, a DVD-player and an audio system, an iPhone speaker dock and a Wi-Fi access point. It's a perfect place for your family to enjoy movies and other activities together!
