The house is just 100 meters from the beach (free beach) in the main street in Lido Conchiglie (a small village near Gallipoli). The apartment is on the first floor. It\'s got a small and nice courtyard. It\'s got a large and sunny balcony with a table and awnings. One bedroom (sleeps up to 3 persons), a living room with TV, furniture and double sofa bed (sleeps 2 persons), a kitchen with a table and chairs, cooker, furniture, dishes, complete tableware and stainless steel cookware, fridge and freezer, washing machines; a bathroom with shower, tub, wc, and bidet. Price per week for the apartment, expenses included (gas, electricity, water): May 250 euro; June 300 euro; July 400 euro; August 600.

It\'s just 100 meters from the sea: on the left you\'ve got a large and long beach, while on the right there are nice rocks and deep sea and the rocks On Sundays there\'s a local typical market where you can buy clothes, typical food, local fruit and vegetables. At the sea you can find both a beach on one side and rocks on the other side.
The nearest airport is Brindisi airport (80km.) directly connected to London. On request there is the possibility of transfer from Brindisi airport to Lido Conchiglie.
