Description of objectThe apartment has a terrace with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, a fully functional kitchen, a bedroom (queen sized bed), a nice living room (with sofa convertible to a bed), and a bathroom. It is a very peaceful place with a SAT TV, DVD, Wireless (WiFi) Internet, air conditioning (included in price - no additional charge) and free parking.LOCATION: We are located on top of a hill overlooking the town of Malinska and the bay. The apartment is located about 1 km from beaches in Malinska - a 15 minute walk. The island of Krk is connected to the mainland by a bridge. The Rijeka airport (RJK) is 13 km (10 minutes by car) away from the apartment. Lastly, our apartment is located along the main bus route that connects the island with the mainland. TOWN OF MALINSKA: Malinska is a picturesque tourist destination, which is located in an extensive wooded bay on the west of the Krk Island. There are numerous beaches and footpaths suitable for walks or bike rides. Malinska provides a varied selection of restaurants (many specializing in locally caught fish) and cafes. There are also a lot of leisure and sports activities, such as: mini-golf, tennis, waterskiing, jet skiing and paragliding. In and around Malinska there are many cafes, cocktail bars, night-clubs, and discos that often host live performances. The landscape around Malinska Bay is filled with Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful walking trails. The most famous promenade is the Rajska cesta (Paradise Way), which runs for several kilometers along the beach. Because of its pleasant climate, mild winters and warm summers as well as clean sea, Malinska has been attracting many tourists for over 100 years. Formerly known to mariners as a safe haven, Malinska is now a famous tourist place that fosters its fishing and maritime tradition. Malinska radiates with an attractive atmosphere in every season. The beautiful beaches in the vicinity of the town centre and the charming bays are suited for every taste. Malinska has a clear sea and beautiful natural areas for recreation, numerous sports facilities, original folklore and various cultural events.
