Description of objectTHE ACCOMODATION:This Spanish-style villa offers a perfect location for a relaxing summer holiday or a winter long term stay in the mild climate of the Costa del Azahar. More than 230 days the average day temperature does not fall below 20 ° C. The golden beaches of Oliva Playa are just 800 meters away. Ideal for sunbathing and swimming during the summer, or in winter perfect for long beach walks towards north to Gandia or to the south to Denia. THE PLOT : The villa is situated on a 2000m2 fenced plot and is not visible from the outside. THE ARCADE TERRACE: The large covered terrace in a typical spanish style , offering an amazing view of the pool area, palm and fruit trees. A barbecue grill can be used as an open kitchen, cozy hours guaranteed under the spanish sun. THE ROOF TERRACE: The property has a large roof terrace which is reached via an external staircase and offers a breathtaking 360 ° view of the surroundings . THE POOL AREA The entire pool area is tiled and equipped with floor lighting. The pool has a water surface of 10 x 5 meters and offers a comfortable access from a Roman staircase. Large palm trees provide the necessary vision protection during the day and at night, a romantic bathing fun under the stars. THE LIVING AREA : The entire interior is decorated in a mediterranean style. The house has an air-condition heating system in the dining and living room and in the double bedroom . The bathrooms also can be heated for your comfort. The accommodation is for 5 people, they can relax and enjoy their holidays in the house. If necessary, the sofa can be converted into a guest bed for 2 people in the living area. In the summer time , and during the lunch period in the winter, the actual living area is the arcade terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden with various fruit trees, or directly overlook the pool area. In winter and in the mid season period rugs offer a pleasant warmth in the fully tiled house. THE KITCHEN: The wide banded American style kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge-freezer , gas stove and oven, microwave , kettle , toaster and all the pans, cutlery , pots and utensils you might need a kitchen to use as usual. THE DINING LIVING ROOM: The dining table offers seats for 6 people and is located next to the kitchen in the living area . In the living room you'll find a comfortable pull-out couch, a wood burning fireplace which offers a cozy warmth on winter evenings and a satellite TV and stereo. THE BEDROOMS: The lovely master bedroom (with a double bed) has an ensuite dressing room with a large cabinet and 2 chest of drowers. The two bed rooms and the single bed room are situated right next to the bathroom. The two bedroom has two separate beds which can be placed how ever you want them to be. THE BATHROOMS : A bathroom with bath and shower facilities is directly next to the bedrooms . An outdoor bathroom which is accessed directly from the arcade terrace offers a good opportunity not to have to use the house All windows are fitted with fly screens , and can be closed as needed with external blinds to keep the house cool in summer . bathroom in the summer after bathing. Our guests can use the whole house and garden area. A very large driveway provides ample parking for several cars . A carport protects your car from the sun. The property also has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer which cab be used by our guests. Location of objectThe villa is located in Oliva Playa, the beach area of Oliva, it will take about 7 minutes by car to reach the town center. Several shopping centers in the surrounding area leave nothing to be desired. Bars, restaurants , cafes and typical Spanish bars are located close by ( 500m ) or in Oliva town.As Oliva and the entire area is quite flat, the bike is certainly an ideal mean of transportation. From Gandia out there is a convenient train service to the nearby Valencia, a city that should be on your "to dos" list. All water sports can be done in Oliva or the nearby Oliva Nova . Especially golfers will find here a paradise . The famous Oliva Nova Golf Resort is a tourist center with bars, restaurants, water sports, a shopping center and bike shop for rentals. The fantastic golf course is certainly an experience. The villa is located only about 10 minutes drive away from the golf course and is ideal for golfers who want to live off from the turbulent Golf Resort life. Town: Spain, Costa del Azahar, Olivaed beaches and mass tourism with all its negative effects will be sought in vain.Oliva Town is a busy and charming town with all the amenities for permanent living the whole year around.
