Description of objectThe house covers an area of 110 sq.m. with a very large veranda and a garden. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms a bathroom and a storage room. The maximum number of people that can sleep is 6. On the first floor, is the living room (two sofas, chairs, fire place,) a dining area with a table for 6, and in the same open area is the kitchen. Also on this floor, there is a WC with shower. When the weather permits, dining in the veranda is possible and preferable due to scenery.
Location of objectThe house is 4 kilometres away from the port of the island, Korissia and it is located on a cliff, on the road to Otzias-one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The house overlooks Vourkari and is in walking distance (10-15 min) from it. Vourkari is a small village, by the sea, a very lively place with taverns, bars and a port for sailing boats and yachts.
Town: Greece, Kea, OtziasKea is a typical Cycladian island with beautiful beaches and archaeological sites to visit. Ioulida, the capital of the island was built between mountains in order to protect citizens from pirates in ancient times. The architecture of the houses is typical for Cyclades. A historical museum with very rare sculptures from ancient Greece is also in Ioulida.
Many ancient paths run the island, ideal for hiking and the most known is the one leading to the ancient city of Karthea.
Moreover, in Kea there are more than 100 small orthodox churches with the most famous church named Kastriani, a monastery situated on a cliff with wonderful view over the Aegean.

Kea is accessible only by sea from Lavrio port which is 20 min drive from the International Airport of Athens El. Venizelos. In summertime there are 5-6 ships for Kea daily and the trip lasts 1 hour.
