Location of objectThe NeighborhoodThe location is ideal for those who want to pull the plug from the city rhythms, an haven of tranquility for nature lovers.We are at the beginning of a park where Camellias are produced, the flower symbol of the Lake Maggiore, in our garden a Japonica of considerable size. Immediately outside the home you are in a naturalistic context: chestnut trees, false acacias, pines. In autumn time it is possible to collect chestnuts and mushrooms of excellent quality. Very easy to sight, sweet squirrels and dormices running from tree to tree in search of corns. For birdwatchers, different species of bird sightings: sparrows, hawks, blackbirds, jays. For fans of healthy walks, from home there are several tree-lined paths, one of which leads directly to a farm known locally for its cuisine and the great wine cellar. Nearby the opportunity to practice different sports: horseback riding, interesting mountain bike trails. During the winter time and for lovers of skiing a few kilometers away from the ski slopes of Mottarone, Macugnaga, San Domenico, Alagna; different destinations for snowboarding and snow shoesing. Durign Summer time also quieter water sports like windsurfing and sailing and other extreme activities like kite-surfing and water skiing. Getting Around To reach the house you need the car or a bike or fit legs ;-)(20 mins walk). The main street is about 2.5 km. The local bus pass every 20 minutes.
