Description of objectThis bright and attractive apartment is located in a residential suburb of Rovinj, located about two kilometers from the sea and from the center. Set on the 2nd floor of a family building in front of which there is a large parking lot, and in the rear there is a neatly kept garden. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a very comfortable sofa bed where can sleep two more adults giving a total of four beds. Terrace can be accessed from bedroom and living room. The kitchen includes all the necessary equipment for a snug home, and for entertainment there is a LCD TV with satellite receiver Astra. Bathroom is also newly renovated with shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet with a large mirror. Apartment is airconditioned. Magnetic card entry into the apartment.
