Description of objectI’m Claudio, 33 yrs old. I’m renting my flat/ apartment in Sao Paulo for Brazil’s 2014 World Cup. It’s not a big house, but a wonderful, comfortable, place for rent.
It’s a cozy one bedroom apartment (42 m2) located in a secure area, central but wooded and friendly neighborhood (Perdizes), with tiny markets, stores, good food and transport to all areas of the city of São Paulo (near the metro, many bus stops and taxi ranks).
Quiet, yet urban place, where I live with my girlfriend and a cat. We will be traveling during the cup.
Totally equiped: internet, refrigerator, shower, one slot garage, stove, pool, elevator, cable television, a double bed with the option of a plus mattress (double).
Location of objectPerdizes is a neighborhood known for being one of the nicest among the central districts of São Paulo. Plenty of places that make it seems like a country town stuck in the middle of the madness of São Paulo. Anyway, good nightlife options for all tastes.
There are many delightful parks, one of the best shopping malls in the city with the best movie theaters. After all, the great football club Palmeiras is headquartered 3 blocks from my home.
