Description of objectThe residence is located near the harbor of Etna (Port of Ripon ) , 200 meters from a lovely beach of pebbles, served with bathing establishments and accessible via private access to the sea , which extends up to Taormina, only 10 km. The residence offers a beautiful swimming pool with entertainment, a children's playground and a soccer field , volleyball and field bocce.L ' apartment is a one bedroom apartment of 38 sqm. on the ground floor of a villa and consists of a living room with sofa bed , large hallway ( with fitted wardrobes ), double bedroom, bathroom with shower, courtyard and a garden of 40 sqm overlooking the pool .
