Description of objectSpacious, stylish and newly refurbished two bedroom flat is located in the heart of the city of Herceg Novi, which is also famous as the city of the flowers. The flat has two terraces with access from the fully equipped kitchen and large living room, both with beautiful view on the entrance of the famous Boka Kotorska Bay. It is the most suitable accommodation for four member family or two friendly couples, but since capacity of the flat is for 4 people it is also suitable for any group of four. Although the flat is set in the centre of the town, the area is very pleasant and quiet for holiday makers. The flat\'s location gives a very easy access to the beach and central town.Three minutes walk separate visitors from newly refurbished 7km long embankment and the nearest beaches. Central park with various flowers from around the world and a great view on the embankment and the local port is nearby as well. There are daily boat tours around the Bay from the local port located three minutes walk from the flat. The boats tours also provide a transfer to other beaches and famous tourist attractions around the Bay. The main square in Old town with all the necessary shops, banks, supermarkets and restaurants is in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The Old Town has three major galleries, two Catholic and one Orthodox churches as well as many nice coffee and tea bars. There is public swimming pool that hosts all the major water sport events. The local rowing club in short walking distance offers the classes in rowing and diving. There are tennis courts available for renting in 15 minutes walking distance. Beautiful park with famous Monastery Savina and view on the Bay\'s entrance is in walking distance as well. Numerous travel agencies across the town organize the tourists trips to famous attractions like Royal City of Cetinje, Mountain Lovcen with the best view on the whole Bay of Kotor and trip to Dubrovnik in Croatia. All the necessary transfers to airports of Tivat in Montenegro and Dubrovnik in Croatia are also organized by the travel agencies in Herceg Novi. Ten minutes walk separate visitors from the major Bus Station which provides daily transfers to other cities in Montenegro and the region.
