Description of objectThe villa lies in a quiet residential district, on a little and quiet road, via “Il Giardino azzurro”, 1600m from the village VILLASIMIUS, 800m. from the beach “CAMPUS”,the nearest beach, a few minutes by car from the several beaches of VILLASIMIUS, 800 m from a market and an ice-cream bar, 200m. from a restaurant –pizzeria.Several restaurants, supermarket, ice-cream bar, pizzerias and bars, bank, pharmacy, clothing stores, bakery, hairdressers, etc. are in VILLASIMIUS Mine is a very cosy house, the windows look out on east and north and you\\\'ll find yourself immerse in a beautiful garden with flowers, olive, orange , oak trees, etc... The view is on the garden of the villa. The house is ideal for the families with children. The private garden offers to the children space to play. I can rent you two holiday homes, the first (floor area about 70 square meter) consists of: 1 Dining-room with living- room furniture, sideboard ,(television, parabolic aerial, armchairs) a large fully equipped kitchen, table with seats; 1 double room, 1 room with 3 individual beds, 1 bathroom with wc, shower, , bidet and washbasin, another bathroom with wc, bidet and washbasin and wash- machine. The kitchen is fully equipped (with saucepans, frying-pan, dishes, cutlery, glasses), a fridge, - freezer, a microwave oven, a vacuum cleaner. The household linen (as tablecloth, towel etc. are available). There is an external patio with table, chairs , living- room furniturefor garden( if you want you can eat outside of the flat too), a barbecue , a comfortable sink, another shower with cold and hot water. Private car park This holiday home is suitable for 5 Persons ( if necessary, it\\\'s possible a further bed. ) The second one, close the first one, is good for 2 persons with a child. I can rent you one of the two flats, the first consists in : 2 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms (wc,shower, washbasin, bidet, washing machine ) 1 sala with dining room (table and seats), an American kitchen (microonde, gas cooker, frigo-freezer, vacuum cleaner,),livingroom (television, parabolic aerial, armchairs) on the outside the house: 1 veranda, furnished with table, seats divan , armchairs, deckchairs ( photo) garden with barbecue (photo), shower, lawn, flowers, trees (photo) all-in price ( including bed linen, towels, final cleaning), euro 500 The Territory.
