FREE 3 hour TOUR- in Old Tbilisi or Mtskheta is included upon request for guests, who stay one week or longer. Apartment is fresh, airy, and delightful with very high ceiling(5 meters). There is living room, bedroom, full kitchen and a bathroom in the apartment. Hardwood floors, wooden furniture, brick house, on the 2-nd floor, with air-conditioner, heater, cold-hot water 24 hours, cable led TV with over 200 channels in Russian, English, French, Spanish... computer-internet, high speed WI-FI, laundry washer-dryer, cooking range with oven, refrigerator, toaster-oven, table wear, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, hair dryer,water filter pitcher... Apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests: 2 persons on the king size bed in the bedroom, 2 persons on the convertible sofa-bed, 1 person on the wide sofa. We speak Russian, English, French and Georgian languages. Clean bed linens and towels, use of Georgia mobile phone is included with the rental price. One time cleaning fee $20 is paid upon arrival.
