Ancient building with a charming view on Castiglione and the Lake Trasimeno. This structure has recently undergone restoration works and is now divided into comfortable apartments of various size (from two to six beds), each of which has its own independent entrance and heating system. The apartments in this two levels structure, are furnished with antique furniture, fired brick pavements, and beautiful ceilings with beams at sight; each apartment is provided with beach umbrella, garden table and chairs. Within the 8.000 sqm mediterranean park there is a large swimming pool (7.5 x 15m), a tennis court, a children’s playing area with slides and a swing and volleyball net. Parking lot and a barbecue are also at our guests disposal.
La Bandita gladly welcomes all pet animals recognized as part of a family and are free of charge. 5 minutes away there are two veterinarians, we are always willing to help with any problem.
Your pets can stay at home with you.

Castiglione del Lago is an Umbrian town of 15,504 [2] inhabitants in the province of Perugia. It stands on a promontory located on the western shore of Lake Trasimeno.
It extends in the western part of Umbria, bordering the province of Siena and Arezzo. Its territory covers a large part of Lake Trasimeno and the island Polvese.
Castiglione del Lago is located on a limestone outcrop which was originally the fourth largest island of the lake but, following the lowering of the water level and the emergence of a plain of alluvial, finally took the current configuration.
This fertile plain area, corresponding to the old of the lakes, it is bounded to the west by a series of hills that mark the border with Tuscany physical.
The modern Castiglione has developed in the low-lying area to the west from the medieval old town.

- Caution money: 30% weekly cost.
- Final cleaning 15,00 € per person.
- Pets are welcome if cared for and if they don’t disturb other guests.
- Swimming pool is working from June 1rst to September 30th, it's open from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. use is reserved to adults only.

Cancellation policy:
- no penalty till 30 days before arrival;
- from 30 to 15 days before arrival penalty of 30% of entire stay;
- from 15 to 7 days before arrival penalty of 50% of entire stay;
- from 7 to 3 days before arrival penalty of 75% of entire stay;
- from 3 days to the day of arrival (or no-show) penalty of 100% of entire stay.
