Newly built apartment in Arenales del sol. Fifteen minutes from the airport and Alicante center.
700 meters away is the popular beach of Arenales del sol och ten minutes walking distance away there is restaurants and smaller supermarkets.
If you have a car there is only a five minute drive to a mall with bigger stores and more restaurants. There are lots of free parking outside the apartment.
There are busses to take you to Alicante or nearby fishing village Santa Pola.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a bunkbed with a larger bed on the bottom bed (135cm).There is also a sofabed in the livingroom and a babycot.
There is two bathrooms with showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, dishwaher, washingmachine, coffee maker and more.
There is a big livingroome with sofa and TV.
The apartment is on the first floor with a big balcony, 36 squaremeters with view of the poolarea. There is also childrens pools and playareas with swings, and basketball/footballcourt.
Pets and smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Only about 700 meters to the beach the apartment is in a closed community with pools courts and more. It is a very quit area with a nice beachwalk.

Small town of Arenales del Sol is on the beautiful beach with some restaurants and shops. It is a vacation town with a lot of tourists from different parts of the world. It is 15 minutes from the airport and also the City of Alicante.
