Description of objectCompletely new, modern furnished and equipped apartment,with a balcony overlooking the sea and the Velebit mountain. Suite is designed for max. 4 people, and is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed (sofa) located in the area of living poravka and is suitable for 2 children or a couple and a bathroom, kitchen, wi-fi internet, satellite TV, iron and ironing and bed linen and towels, which are changed every 7 days, and the air conditioner is extra charged 5 € per night. Also, guests can use the washing machine, which is common, large outdoor clothes dryer, grill and private parking, located within the courtyard. The apartments are located in a family house in a quiet environment without loud noise and traffic, yet close to everything the town has only about 100 steps from the sea, ideal for total relaxation, relaxing and enjoying the holiday.

For those who do not know, Velebit is the biggest mountain in Croatia with unique nature’s beauty, carrying one National park and one Park of nature on it’s shoulders. It’s slopes ends in a deep blue sea of canal where Ražanac found it’s place upon the sun. The settlement is first mentioned in 13. century, but there are findings testimony about human activities in late stone age. Ražanac was at first the estate of noble families from Zadar. There are famous vineyards still with good offer of quality vines from Ražanac’s sellers. It developed to the fisherman village during the century due to the clean sea surrounding fertile with fishes and mollusks. That area is well know of sources of drinking waters, on land as well as under the sea surface, and that kind of water mixture favors spawn.
