The 2 charming Villas are located at only 50 metres from the beach Stella Marina in Budoni.
The attractive large living rooms have 2 doors and a window with view on the garden and a terrace for relaxing and enjoying meals.
Both of the villas have 2 bedrooms with doors opening on the terraces and two bathrooms.
There is a wide space for 4/6 people to enjoy a lovely and relaxing holiday.

Location of object

The distance from the villas to the beach is only 3 minutes by walking(50 metres guaranteed). The closest shops as supermarkets restaurants, pizzerias etc, are only far away 5-6 mins walking, 1min by car..
Budoni town is far from the nearest city called OLBIA only 35Kms and 30Kms to the international airport of Olbia.
The other international airport is located in Alghero, it's about 120km away from Budoni (1hr, 20 mins by car)

The town is located on the sea with many attractions such as restaurants bars, pizzerie, supermarkets etc.

Sardinia is also known for its delicious food. There are some restaurants called "Agriturismo or Farm in english" that serve delicious local dishes such as meat (roast suckling pig, lamb, sheep and beef steaks) and all kinds of fish only fresh and local.
Do not forget the pasta dishes famous for their natural taste such as "the Gallura soup", ravioli with ricotta cheese of sheep or goats, and all surrounded by tasty and delicious local wine made at home.
