Description of objectApartment of 120sqm in a restored Tuscan country house separates in three apartments. The house makes the most of the beautiful environment of the countryside of Tuscany characterized by their hills with olive trees and vineyards.
Casale Morsena is surrounded by green hills, which dominate the valley of Arno. Only a small alley leads to the house guarantying your calm and peaceful holidays, also very secure for children. Fruits and olive trees grow within the 3ha of the property.
The apartment is at the second floor with private outside stairs to the entrance. There are two levels, the first floor has a big living room with fireplace, sofas, television and large dining table, the kitchen, which is provided with refrigerator and freezer, oven, hotplate (gas), dishwasher and all necessary dishes and cutlery, one of the two baths (with WCs) and one of the three bedrooms. The second floor has the other bath (with WCs) and the two other bedrooms. In total, the apartment has two bedrooms with king-size beds, one extra single bed and one single room (6 sleeping accommodations).
