It is situated in close proximity to the Varna Free University, only 250 m from the famous Kabakum beach, 14 km from the city of Varna, 6 km from St. Constantine & Helen Resort, and 2.5 km from Golden Sands Resort.Kabana is a single villa with two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, patio with a sea view, and a yard of 1000 m2. The villa can accommodate 4 + 1 people. The yard provides plenty of parking space. Location of objectLOCATIONVilla “Kabana” offers quiet and cozy atmosphere within a 25-minute drive from the highway to Sofia and Varna Airport. It is situated in a less than 20-minute drive from Varna, 5 minutes from Golden Sands Resort, 20 minutes from Albena and Balchic City. The beach is only within a 5-minute pleasant stroll – Kabakum Beach is one of the most frequently visited and famous beaches in the Varna area. The location of villa Kabana is defined as the vacation zone of Varna, Chaika complex, and so has become a convenient tourist destination – you can find easy transportation to Albena and Balchic, to the beautiful shores of Iala and Kamen Briag (ne znam kak se prevejda), to the historic Caliacra Key, as well as to the exotic bays of Rusalca Resort. In immediate proximity to the villa there is a grocery store if you’d like to prepare your own meal. But you might also like the little local restaurants offering authentic Bulgarian food, visit the bars and night clubs in Varna and the encompassing resorts – Sunny Day, Golden Sands, and Albena provide you with the opportunity to enjoy the unique experience of street cafes, fish restaurants, dance clubs and bars. But keep in mind that public transportation is available 24/7 – the bus stop is only 100 m from the villa and you can easily get to any point of interest. Town: Bulgaria, Varna, VarnaClimateThe city of Varna - Bulgaria’s sea capital - has mild continental climate, influenced by its closeness to the Black Sea. Summer season is from May till October, with hottest months July and August - the average temperature is approx. 28 C/ 83 F, and the temperature of the sea water reaches 26 ?/ 79 F. The Black Sea is one of the seas most isolated from the world ocean and thanks to this its saltiness is 18 promiles, half of what is typical for the oceans. Because of the slow temperature changes of the sea water, in the spring the water is cool, while in the autumn it is warm and pleasant till the end of October. Varna is the third biggest city in Bulgaria with population of about 350 000 people. During the tourist season, Varna turns into a main centre of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast with its traditionally big resorts such as St. Constantine and Helena (1948), Golden Sands (1956) and Albena (1970), all of them newly renovated and enlarged, as well as comparatively smaller resorts such as Sunny Day, Riviera etc. Varna is 500 km away from the capital city of Bulgaria - Sofia and 550 km away from Istanbul. The city is the transport centre of north-east Bulgaria combining water, air, land and railway transport. During the summer season, Varna International Airport serves to charter destinations - Great Britain, Germany, France, Poland, and Russia etc. During the whole year there are regular flights to London, Budapest, Vienna, Tel Aviv, Odessa and others. Landmarks For those interested in history, the region of Varna offers rich choice of landmarks, such as Evksinograd (1.5 km) - the last summer residence of the Bulgarian royal family, the Botanical garden and residence of the former Rumanian queen in Balchik (30 km), the historical cape Kaliakra (60 km), Aladzha monastery (10 km). The Historical museum in the city presents an exhibition of the world’s oldest gold, discovered in a necropolis near Varna dating from 5,000 years B.C. Other places worth to be seen are the Roman baths from 2-3 century A.D., the Uspenie Bogorodichno Cathedral, built in 19th century, the Naval Museum, the Ethnographic Museum. In relation to the culture and amusement, the summer season in Varna presents a number of music and theatre festivals, organized in the Festival complex, the Summer and Winter Theatre, the Opera, and the Arts Gallery.
