Description of objectSpacious house on the first hill of Versilia,less then 10 km from the beach, surrounded by a big garden, close to tourist attraction of Tuscany, like Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Lucca and Pisa,as well as the marble caves of Carrara.The house consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms , two television rooms and large terraces offering a wonderful view of seaside.The forniture is simple and elegant. The large space inside make it suitable for families with small children or teenagers, and there you find many games and entertainment for any age.\\\' The garden, is partally on different levels and has lights threw it,and is offering nice places to relax and if desired to read. It\\\'s fully equipped ,like barbeque , dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven, internet access, satellite TV, and washing machine.There are available coal and wood for the barbeque as well as primary food for the kitchen upon arrival.
The coast offers eqipped beachs as free beachs. There are large shady parks and facilities for the entertainment of boys and children. The city \\\'of Viareggio\\\' is full of discos, clubs, restaurants, large shopping centers. It \\\'s not far from cities\\\' art as Pietrasanta and Carrara, famous for its marble sculptures, Lucca, with its medieval walls and Pisa with its famous leaning tower and Piazza dei Miracoli.
