Description of objectThe studio just released in April, 2013, is in the basement of a villa with garden with own entrance: large and airy, furnished and equipped, air conditioning, free wireless internet, patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining in the warm summer evenings, BBQ.Kitchen (fully equipped with plates, dishes, etc ...) with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, table and chairs, iron and ironing board, 1 double sofa bed, TV LED 3D and X BOX 360. At the disposal of my guests-among other things-oil, salt, coffee, sugar, milk etc. ... Custom map of the city and lots of informations about place to visit, restaurants, beach, shops! The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with large closet. The studio can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with, among other things, shower and hair dryer professional. We provide bed linen and towels. If you have a newborn provide on request 1 cot with bars, 1 high chair for feeding, 1 baby bath, changing table 1. Guests have access to books, magazines and board games. The washing machine is in the garden and is in common use to my family. The price includes all utilities, use of free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels. The villa is located in a residential district of Cagliari town, connected to the historic center and shopping streets, the famous beach Poetto (8 km of beach) thanks to the city bus (the bus stop is just 50 meters from the house). A stone's throw from home found newsagent, pharmacy, bakery with dairy, 2 pastry bar, small market. A 10-minute drive from the airport, the port and the city center. Thanks to its unique location, the house is a great starting point for interesting excursions by car, for example to reach the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia or places of historical and cultural interest of Sardinia. Location of objectThe house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of villas with gardens. A few minutes drive from the city center and the famous beach of Poetto.Within 50 meters of the house there is a city bus stop. In front of the house there are bakery, newsstand and pharmacy. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km. Very convenient location to leave the city and go hiking in the Sardinia and to all the most beautiful beaches in the south. Town: Italy, Cagliari, CagliariCagliari, overlooking the Bay of Angels, is an ancient city founded by the Phoenicians. The city, surrounded by impressive towers and ramparts, houses the largest and most important Punic necropolis in the Mediterranean, Tuvixeddu whose archaeological remains are kept in the Archaeological Museum of Cagliari and the British Museum in London. Of natural interest is the Botanical Garden, the green lung in the heart of Cagliari, has a wide variety of tropical and Mediterranean plants. For birdwatchers, the city hosts the Santa Gilla and Molentargius ponds, wetlands protected by the EU, with a rich fauna and colonies of pink flamingos. In the heart of the city you can visit the ancient Cathedral of Santa Maria and Basilica of Bonaria. Of great importance is the religious festival of Sant\'Efisio which takes place on May 1. The long coastline of Poetto extends between Cagliari and St. Helens and is dominated by the promontory of the Sella del Diavolo. Easily accessible from Calamosca, through a nature trail walking in an hour, the Sella del Diavolo offers a panorama of the whole city and the coast. Thanks to the proximity of the pond of Molentargius and Le Saline Poetto beach you can admire the flight of pink flamingos that nest undisturbed since 1993 in a protected, unique in Italy, separated from the street by a wall of reeds.
