Description of objectThis Lakeshore Villa is situated in a secured village just next to the gate of the splendid Phuket Laguna in Cherngtalay. Built in a Town home style with 2 stories comprised of 3 en-suite bedrooms and accommodation up to 8 persons. There are very spacious living, dining and entertaining areas. The open space kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining. There is one modern styled king size bedroom with a bathtub, WC and shower on the first floor. It opens out into a spacious private veranda facing the BBQ, tropical garden and the pool. You can relax here on a stylish bamboo couch, antique Burmese table set with armchairs, have an outdoor meal or a BBQ party on the pool side. The second floor consists of two bedrooms one in Thai and the other one designed in Chinese style. There are study corners and media facilities in both bedrooms, en suit bathrooms and toilets. The villa is among ample tropical garden, blissful landscape and very peaceful environment. Additional facilities include shaded private car park, 24 hrs. security service, oval shaped shared pool, private laundry, guests’ toilet, easy access to anywhere in Laguna.

With the crystal clear water of the sea and 7 kilometres of white sand, this is truly paradise. You can just lay back and relax under the shade of a palm tree, or for those who like fishing, why not arranging for a long tail boat to pick you up from the beach for a morning of sea fishing and snorkelling. There are many local and western restaurants in the area all within a few minutes of the villa. There are lots of restaurants at the water\\\'s edge, or you can walk along the beach to the exclusive 5 star Laguna Resort hotels. Within a short distance of the villa you can find everything you may need whilst enjoying your holiday in Cherngtalay.
